Excidian’s two-day Advanced course builds on the financial knowledge and application skills of students who have completed Excidian’s Intermediate course. The course covers new and more advanced financial content. It expands students’ abilities to apply financial knowledge to make better business decisions. Class participants work in teams to complete fully customized exercises that emulate real-life projects, problems or issues using company-specific financial data.
Excidian’s Advanced course can be delivered in a one-day or two-day format.

Reinforcement learning activities are used in the review to make sure that each student has a firm grasp of the Intermediate course content. New content is used in the review to challenge the students in this Advanced course.
Customized exercises and business cases are used to develop advanced financial application skills. Students practice using operating leverage to make good short term decisions; they practice building spreadsheets that will assist them in making good long-term decisions. They see the impact of their decisions and exit the class with greater confidence and ability to help their company achieve its financial goals.
