Reinforcement Materials


  1. Course Handout Materials: Student handout materials from the classroom become an organized reference tool for graduates. At the conclusion of each class, participants receive answers to all exercises, case studies and slides with blanks. This material can be used as a reference guide for learning reinforcement.

  2. Individual Follow Up:Excidian will provide, free of charge, 30 minutes of consulting to any graduate who needs assistance in applying course content to a work project. Email and/or telephone communication with the facilitator after class is encouraged to promote reinforcement learning. Participant questions are answered thoroughly and promptly. There is no fee for this service.

  3. Q&A Weekly Emails: Excidian distributes weekly emailsto class participants who register for the service. The topics are those covered in class. There is no additional charge. The service is included in the facilitation fees for the course. This keeps the key learning points in front of graduates for long after the class has ended.

  4. Advanced Business Finance Course: A 2-day advanced Business Finance course is available for clients after a target audience has completed the Basic and Intermediate courses or for those employees with a high level of financial acumen. This course enables participants to build sophisticated skills in applying business finance knowledge to daily work tasks. Advanced learning is achieved in the classroom by using detailed financial information about specific company projects to build the exercises and case studies.

  5. Industry Specific Exercises: Industry specific exercisesare available for managers and their employees to work on together in shorter duration venues such as “lunch & learn” sessions and regional or national meetings. Facilitation guides, handouts, answers and slides are provided for managers capable of teaching and leading group discussions. For companies where these skills are not present, Excidian will facilitate the exercises.
